Grind for Gunners

In July, 2025, Major Steve Sloat and Colonel (Ret'd) Robert Poirier will bicycle to all of the gunner units and subunits in the 3 Canadian Division area to raise money for the Gunner Peer Support Program (GPS) charity. Lieutenant-Colonel (Ret'd) Mark Wilson will join for part of the ride.

The ride will be conducted in  relay race fashion. One cyclist and one driving the support vehicle, camping along the way.

GPS is a program outside the usual bureaucracy of non-public funds, and is for all gunners, regular, reserve, retired. It has been used often to great effect. It is immediate, there is no wait for the money, and there are numerous testimonials to its incredible value.

We ask that you circulate this information to your associations, senates, friends, etc. in an effort to get the highest possible contributions to GPS. Once you click on the Donate Button you can challenge others to meet or beat your donation!
